THOUGHTS: Why is it we always want what we can’t have. I can remember when I was a child and got braces on my teeth, the dentist told me I couldn’t chew gum. Now, I was never a gum chewer - I really had no interest in chewing gum. But, when I was told I could not chew gum, I began dreaming about chewing gum and it was wonderful. I couldn’t wait for the day when I would get my braces off and could chew gum.
