THOUGHTS: Who came up with the idea to dye cheese orange? What makes orange a more appealing color to eat than white which is the natural color of cheese?

New original creation every day or so. I am from Port Townsend, WA and make my living as an artist. I create something everyday right from the heart. In the evenings I spend my time with knitting, crocheting, tatting and other hand arts. I paint in oils and acrylics - oils currently being my medium of choice.
